EDDIE SARASOLA

PRESIDENT, INTERNATIONAL MARKETS
Eddie brings over three decades of experience in marketing and business development, and leads Natcom’s international business. He is a creative force for the company and a leader in building strategic alliances for Natcom.
Eddie has worked on many significant advertising campaigns for corporations, such as Chevron, Coca Cola, Burger King, RJ Reynolds Nabisco, Royal Caribbean, BMW, the US Government, Hilton Hotels, Coors Beer, Lucent Technologies/Cisco, and many more.
For Burger King, Eddie developed the Kids Club Promotions concept and worked with the American Zoological Society. This was an initiative involving zoos throughout the country, which resulted in the trading of 234 million animal cards and the distribution of 16 million albums. In 1994, the “Save the Animals” national campaign won the award for Best Educational Program of the Year.
Eddie was the mastermind behind “The Coors Beer Sunchaser Around the World Flight” on the Concorde aircraft, an aviation event that broke the Guinness World Record and won the Promo Magazine 1995 Top Marketing Global Promotion Award.
For Chevron, Eddie launched their Lubricants Division in Latin America and drove the largest lubricant promotion “Hacia el Futuro” for their Delo Oils brand in the region.
When websites and e-commerce were just starting to gain traction, Eddie worked with Latin artists to develop their influence and celebrity status. He helped launch Sofia Vergara and developed the first ever Latin celebrity website, www.sofiavergara.com and e-commerce initiative with her calendar.
In a collaboration with MSC Cruises and Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Eddie brought the first ever travel-related direct-response campaign to QVC with the launching of the first thematic cruise for the cruise line. This initiative resulted in the cruise selling out in hours.
Eddie is a founding member and sits on the executive board as Treasurer of the Miami Symphony Orchestra for which he has worked relentlessly to reshape it and expose it to a greater variety of audience demographics and sponsors.
Eddie is additionally co-founder of Hispanic Friends of Israel, a non-profit organization with the mission of galvanizing support and investment from the Hispanic non-Jewish community for the State of Israel through Israel Bonds.
Eddie was an All-American squash player and Junior National Champion at Fordham University.
